A man was caught on a security camera at the exact moment he entered a café in Santiago de Cuba and stole a cell phone last Monday.

Emelides Ávila reported the theft on Facebook and asked anyone with information about the thief to get in touch immediately. "I need to know information about this rat, or if anyone knows who he is, have him return the phone he took by today. Any information, call 53213043," the victim emphasized.

The video clearly shows a middle-aged man taking what appears to be a cell phone from a table in the café. The person who shared the post on social media included images that clearly show the thief's face.
