Seemingly impressed by what had been prepared for him in the town, Díaz-Canel praised the cleanliness of the area, asking if it was always as spotless as he observed at that moment, and commended them for their “social transformation program,” particularly for eliminating potholes in the streets.
Less than a month ago, during Díaz-Canel's visit to a hospital in Matanzas, the regime deployed a massive security operation. However, errors occurred that were captured on video by a citizen.

The footage shows Díaz-Canel bidding farewell to the hospital director and turning towards an area he believed to be the exit. However, a frantic security agent, who had fallen behind, signaled to another agent that they needed to turn back.
The agent, possibly fearful of losing his job, began to slow down the people calmly walking around until the presidential entourage reappeared and finally took the correct path towards the exit.
