A Cuban woman reported the theft of an electric scooter in the Sancti Spíritus municipality of the province with the same name, and she promised a reward for anyone who can lead to the current location of the vehicle.

In the Facebook group “Revolico Camino de la Habana S. Spíritus,” user Yarisbel Fleites Jiménez alerted the community and explained that it is a “blue Minerva electric scooter” belonging to José Alejandro Rodríguez Echemendía. “Any information that can aid in its recovery will be greatly appreciated, and a reward will be offered for its location,” she wrote in the post, which included several images and contact information.

On June 28, another Cuban citizen reported the theft of a motorcycle from inside a residence in the Cerro municipality of Havana. The victims also offered a reward of 400 euros. The theft occurred while the woman and her boyfriend—the owner of the motorcycle—were inside the house. The thieves also took several personal items.

A day earlier, a man was arrested after attacking another with a machete in an attempted robbery in downtown Holguín. The official Facebook profile Cazador Cazado, which is closely associated with the Ministry of the Interior, reported that the incident took place on June 21, around 11:00 PM, near the city’s children's park.

In April, internet user Sariel Ramírez reported the theft of a motorcycle in Havana and sought help from family and friends to find the vehicle. The incident shocked the community of 17 and B in El Vedado, as the act was captured on video by a security camera.
