Two motorcyclists were injured following a collision on a street in Santiago de Cuba. The incident occurred on Tuesday along Avenida 12 de Agosto, just before Parque de Chicharrones in the city.
Independent journalist Yosmany Mayeta Labrada shared several photos on his Facebook page showing the two motorcycles lying on the road, surrounded by local residents. According to witnesses, passersby were unable to specify what happened or who was at fault, as both drivers were blaming each other.
"I saw them carry away an older motorcyclist, but I can't tell you if he was seriously injured," a witness reported.
As of the time of this writing, the health status of the injured individuals remains unknown.
