Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel condemned the violence in the United States on Saturday following the attack on Donald Trump in Pennsylvania, blaming the "gun industry" for incidents like this.

"As victims of attacks and terrorism for 65 years, Cuba reaffirms its historical stance of condemning all forms of violence. The gun industry and the escalation of political violence in the U.S. facilitate incidents like the one that took place this Saturday," he stated in a message posted on his X account.
