Eduardo Alberto Vera Rosales, a 29-year-old who had been missing since Monday afternoon in Havana, has been found. "He has appeared, thank God, alive. He is now at home. Thank you to everyone who shared," wrote digital creator Isol G on social media, one of the many who had spread the word to help find him. Neither Isol G nor other Facebook groups that reported his discovery have provided further details on the circumstances of his finding.

"Be careful with the youth. We know the evil and repression of the dictatorship, but there are other serious dangers in Cuba as well. Mothers, do not lose sight of your children. They are in constant danger from drugs and other harms," warned a commenter.

"Thank God, but where was he? Why do they disappear and reappear? What's going on? It would be good to know," another user pointed out, referring to an increasing trend: young people of both sexes disappearing for a few days only to be found alive later, with no explanations given about their conditions or the reasons for their disappearances.

In the case of Eduardo Alberto Vera Rosales, when the call for help was made, it was revealed that he lives in Calabazar, in the Boyeros municipality, and is the father of two young daughters. A report from the portal La Tijera specified that he left his home on Monday morning and was last seen taking bus route 177 toward Alta Habana.

The reports of missing persons in Cuba have become increasingly frequent in recent months, along with social media posts requesting help to gather information, all amid a context of rising violence in the country.
