This week, El Taiger appeared before Judge Mindy Glazer in Miami after being arrested on July 28 under accusations of armed robbery and assault.

América TeVé, a television channel, made the reggaeton artist's court appearance public on YouTube, with the hearing lasting less than seven minutes. After reading the charges against him, Judge Mindy Glazer asked the singer if he had the means to hire a private attorney and insisted that, given the accusations, it would be best to have a lawyer defend his case.

After El Taiger confirmed he could hire an attorney, the judge offered him two options: to return to court that day with his lawyer or to receive bail at that moment and appear the next day before the division's judge handling his case. El Taiger chose the second option, but the judge made it clear that he could not be released on bail due to another pending felony case.

The judge issued a restraining order against the victim, Suilen Díaz, who until recently was the reggaeton artist's girlfriend. The order stipulates that he cannot have any contact with her, whether direct or indirect, by phone, in writing, through third parties, or via social media. Additionally, he must stay at least 500 feet away from the victim.

For the robbery charge, bail was set at $1,500, and for the assault charge, an additional bail of $1,000 was imposed.
