Cuqui La Mora visited a gourmet restaurant, and the experience was a bit confusing for the artist, as it was not what she expected, at least in terms of portion size. The Cuban comedian shared a humorous video on Instagram while tasting one of the dishes at the restaurant.
"Cuqui, how did you find the fish?" someone is heard asking as the artist intently examined her plate. "By chance, under this little herb. Look at this, it's fish, oh my God. This is someone's leftovers. Is this gourmet? Someone left this, and they brought it to me on a plate," she said, laughing, while moving aside the plate's decoration to savor the tiny pieces of fish.
Fortunately for Cuqui, the experience with the taste was much better than with the quantity: "Delicious, I won't gain an ounce with this."
The dish apparently came with jalapeño chili, and Cuqui decided to give it a try. "I'm remembering something sad right now," she joked as the spiciness brought tears to her eyes.
Gourmet restaurants are known for offering a high-quality culinary experience with highly elaborate presentations, but certainly, in some cases, the portions are not the largest, something that Cubans almost always look for.
