A car belonging to a church in Sagua la Grande suffered a severe accident at noon on Monday, crashing into a tree on the road leading to the town of Wilfredo Pagés in the province of Villa Clara.

Although only minor injuries were reported for the vehicle's occupants, the car sustained significant damage, particularly to its front end. Photos shared by Facebook user Osdany Darias in the group "Accidentes Automovilísticos en Cuba" show the hood completely crushed after the collision.

In the comments section, several users agreed that the speed at which the driver was traveling and the poor condition of the road contributed to the incident. "That road is in very bad condition; you have to be a magician to navigate it," wrote one user. Another person noted, "From what I see, the driver was going fast; if the road is bad, drive slowly."

Users once again called on drivers to be more cautious on the roads due to the increase in accidents in recent weeks. Just the previous Sunday, a modern car crashed into a bridge on the road to Camajuaní, also in Villa Clara, leaving the driver with minor injuries.

A photo shared in the post shows the severe damage to the front of the car, which lost its bumper in the impact. "He was alone and only had minor injuries, fortunately," said a user in the comments section.

On the same day, four people, including a minor, lost their lives in a traffic accident on the National Highway in the section that runs through the province of Villa Clara.
