Cuban Man Arrested in Hialeah for Driving a Stolen Car with a Suspended License

Misael González Rodríguez, 53, was arrested Sunday afternoon in Hialeah after being caught driving a dark-colored SUV that had been reported stolen days earlier.

The arrest occurred around 4:00 pm at the intersection of 5th Avenue and 49th Street East in the city, when a Hialeah police officer spotted the vehicle and pulled it over. Upon requesting the car's documents, the officer discovered that González Rodríguez was driving with a suspended license since 2023.

Additionally, the vehicle's identification numbers were altered, and the license plate it carried—number 43AKSE—had also been reported stolen.
