In Guantánamo, a thief was captured in the act by a private home's security camera. The video, shared by Tatiana Delgado Ros on her Facebook profile, shows the man climbing one side of the house's fence and stealing a lamp that illuminated the entrance.

In her post, the user stated: "Meet the thieves of Guantánamo, those who don't want to work and steal the efforts and sacrifices of others." The report aims to alert the community about the increasing crime rate in the area and emphasize the importance of community vigilance to prevent such incidents.

That same day, another theft was documented by a surveillance camera. The video shows a man taking a cell phone from a table at the M'KA bar-café in Santiago de Cuba.

On Friday, another user from Holguín reported a break-in at his home. Allegedly, three individuals armed with machetes and knives attempted to steal a mare. The neighbors banded together to stop the bandits and captured one of the individuals, while the other two remain at large.
