A Cuban woman residing in the United States played a hilarious prank on her parents, which has garnered plenty of laughs on TikTok. The user @china.g.n shared the video of this amusing moment she staged with her parents.
The young Cuban gathered her parents in front of the camera, pretending to film an introduction video to apply for a scholarship. Her parents appear in the video while she explains why she deserves the scholarship. However, there are several moments where her parents can't hold back their laughter at what their daughter is saying.
"My name is Rosmery, and I am applying for a scholarship. I am making this video to explain how my life works and to show how much I deserve this scholarship. I wake up every day at 6 AM," @china.g.n begins. At this point, her mother bursts into laughter, which lasts several minutes. "You can cut that part out later," her father suggests, while her mother can't stop laughing at the fib.
"I can't do this," the mother says, laughing uncontrollably. "I make breakfast and exercise because I'm a very active person. Then I go to work and finish around midnight. I have to support my parents; my life is very tough. My dad is mute. Right, dad? It's very hard for him to communicate with people," she continues, and everyone bursts into laughter again.
"It's very hard for him to find a job because no one wants to hire him. My life is very tough. Right now, we don't have a place to live; we are staying at a friend's house. It's very difficult, right dad?" she continues, causing more laughter from her parents. "I'm not deaf," her father asks at the end.
