Cuban youtuber and influencer Anita con Swing (@anitaconswing) has thrilled her followers with the announcement that she has obtained permanent residency in the United States. The emotional moment was shared on both Instagram and TikTok, where the young woman couldn't hide her feelings as she opened the envelope.
In the video, Anita reminisced about the challenges she faced to reach this milestone, mentioning how a year and a half ago she had to leave her life in Spain and adapt to a new beginning in the United States. "My life changed forever," she said at the start of her widely-discussed video.
While preparing an order for her new art business, her husband, musician Raúl Zapata, handed her a letter that would change her life. "Tell me, my love, my husband, with a very important letter in his hand... This that I am opening is nothing less than my permanent residency in the United States," she shared, visibly emotional.
On Instagram, her husband didn't hesitate to celebrate the good news with her: "I keep thinking about your face when I gave you the news... it fills me with happiness, well deserved," to which Anita replied: "We have worked and fought together for our dreams, every step feels so good by your side.
