Seidy La Niña Embraces Her Natural Self: "We've Become Accustomed to Fake Perfection"

Seidy La Niña has emerged as a strong advocate for embracing one's natural self, unashamed of so-called "imperfections." In an Instagram video, the Cuban singer shared her thoughts on this issue with her followers and decided to appear on camera without any filters.

"You know what happens? We've gotten used to the fake, to the edited, to a perfection that doesn't exist, and I include myself because there were many times when I wanted everything to be perfect, for my body to look perfect. But then I realized that all it did was lie to myself," the artist stated emphatically.

After removing the filter, she added, "This is the reality, raw, with my marks, with my imperfections, with my hair, with my sweat, with my stretch marks. But this is the truth, and it's a truth that many of us aren't used to."

Throwing shade at those who go through life criticizing others amidst falsehoods, she began to dance while singing, "This cellulite is mine, these stretch marks are mine…" in a mocking tone.

She used one of these phrases to respond to a follower who commented that her body still needed editing and filters to be shown openly.
