In Santiago de Cuba, a set of bank cards, one in national currency (MN) and another in freely convertible currency (MLC), along with a piece of paper containing their PINs, were discovered by an individual who is now using social media to locate the rightful owner.

Aniri FD announced on Facebook that her sister found the cards at ATMs near Ferreiro and is trying to find the owner, identified as Yuliet Colón Padilla. "Please help me share this or if anyone knows this girl, tell her to contact me," she urged.

For security purposes, she requested that Yuliet present her ID card when claiming the cards.

A Rare Act of Integrity in Difficult Times

In the current Cuban landscape, where people often seize economic advantages in any situation, the actions of these two women stand out for their integrity. However, this is not an isolated incident.

On Saturday, another internet user sought assistance in finding the owner of a mobile phone left in his vehicle while the woman was heading to Lenin Hospital in Holguín.

More Instances of Honesty Emerge

Michel Díaz shared in the Facebook group "AMAZON Santiago de Cuba.com" that he picked up a woman at the Palma Soriano junction, who handed him an LG device to charge. However, she forgot the phone in his vehicle when she got off.

Earlier this month, a young woman from Santiago received widespread praise after finding a phone in a hospital and attempting to locate its owner through social media.

"This morning (Monday), I found this Samsung A32 phone at the children's hospital La Colonia," Dayma Fajardo posted in the Facebook group "AMAZON Santiago de Cuba.com," emphasizing that she would only return the device to its rightful owner.
