Real estate listings in Cuba continue to surprise, such as the recent advertisement for a lavish home in Havana priced at $90,000 that features a pool and an included restaurant-bar. Erick Miralles shared this listing in the Facebook group “Venta de Casas y Apartamentos en La Habana,” highlighting that the property in San Miguel del Padrón, spanning 600 square meters, is “ideal for rental business, bar, restaurant, or living like royalty.”

A Perfect Space for Business and Leisure

The listing describes an outdoor area fully equipped for exterior sales, featuring a grill, oven, and a well-maintained prep center. The air-conditioned space includes a reserved area and three bathrooms, with an independent entrance to the business section.

Comfortable Living Quarters

On the other side, the living area boasts a garden, a porch, a garage, and a patio with fruit trees. The property also includes blueprints and rights for additional construction on the land. Inside the home, there is a spacious living room, a kitchen-dining room, a small sitting area, and two bedrooms connected by a bathroom. Another room, currently used as the business's storage and office, has a private bathroom and access to a terrace that links the bar with the house.

Extensive Amenities and Equipment

The property features a total of four bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a recreational area with a pool, and a private space, along with a free-standing slab for future expansions. The sale includes a variety of amenities and equipment for both the bar and the restaurant.

For the bar, it offers a 6-foot pool table with accessories, a display refrigerator, a split-type air conditioner, a 32-inch TV, tables that accommodate 2, 4, and 8 people, a cash register, a laptop for the sales system, and a thermal printer. The restaurant is well-equipped with grills, ice buckets, taco holders, trash baskets, digital scales, cutlery, pizza boards, ovens, refrigerators of various sizes, microwaves, and an industrial kitchen with a griddle. Additionally, the restaurant includes stainless steel sinks and work tables, as well as extractor hoods.

Outdoor Dining and Ready for Sale

The outdoor area is furnished with seven small tables and chairs for four people each, plus an additional seven larger tables and chairs for four people, providing a comfortable outdoor dining experience for customers. Lastly, Miralles confirmed that all the necessary paperwork for the sale is ready.

This is not the first time high-potential properties for business have been listed in Havana. Recently, two ground-floor apartments in El Vedado, one of Havana's most sought-after areas, were put on the market. However, while these properties are attractive to investors, their prices remain beyond the reach of most Cubans, whose average monthly salary is around 4,000 Cuban pesos, roughly equivalent to $25 at the current exchange rate.

Such is the case with a recently listed house in the Playa municipality of Havana, priced at $120,000, which sparked comments on social media, including one that sarcastically questioned whether the property was in Cuba or in Florida, USA.
