Cuban actress Niurka Marcos took to her social media accounts to vent her frustration and anger after enduring two days without electricity at her home. In a series of videos shared on her Instagram stories, Niurka appeared visibly upset, criticizing both the service and the lack of response from the electric company responsible.

"I've been without power for two days. The issue was reported to the electric commission, but no one has come yet. Terrible service, and if you don't pay the bill, they cut you off immediately. I hope they deduct the days I've been without power," expressed the actress, who resides in Mexico.

Considering Solar Energy

Known for her unfiltered speech, Niurka continued by saying she's seriously considering installing solar panels to avoid relying on a company she labeled as "irresponsible." "The saddest part is that they do this to everyone. I've talked to friends, and they all say the same thing. It's like we're in Cuba, man," she remarked sarcastically, alluding to the frequent power outages in Cuba.

Worry About Perishable Food

The artist also shared her concern about the food in her refrigerator: "I have to get dressed in the dark. I look like a witch with my hair all messed up. I have nine little ones here who eat. The fridge is full of meat; imagine if it spoils. I've been without power for two days. The dogs' food is going bad. How can I not be angry? Besides them not showing up to provide the service, you have to throw away the food."
