Miami Resident Furious with Delivery Drivers for Tossing Packages into Yard Despite Having a Container: "My Money Is at Stake"

A Miami resident of Cuban descent took to her TikTok profile to vent her frustration with delivery drivers who throw her packages into the yard, despite having a designated container for them to avoid her dog chewing them up. On her TikTok account, Mialiaboutique_ (known as @nelita.tiki), she expressed visible anger upon discovering several packages she had ordered lying on the ground.

"Amazon, TikTok Shop, FedEx couriers, all of you. Look at this—there's a container in the yard for the packages because there's a dog in this house that eats them. There's even a sign here so you can see it. I've put this notice on every delivery app," she stated in the video, showing the container and the sign outside the fence requesting that packages be left in the container.

Repeated Issues with Delivery Services

She highlighted her frustration, pointing out that if the issue persists, she won't hesitate to return the damaged packages and demand a refund. "The day the dog eats a package, I'm sending it back and you'll have to refund me," she asserted.

Moreover, she lamented that this was not an isolated incident, indicating that she has faced this problem multiple times. "I'm making this video because this is like the 500th time this has happened. If we're not home, when we return, there isn't a single undamaged package, and it's my money at stake," she added.

Her Husband's Plea for Consideration

"I know you're tired, but it's not my fault. I've put it in the app—don't throw the packages," she concluded, ensuring that her delivery instructions clearly mention the existence of the container for orders.

The video wraps up with a message from her husband, asking for more consideration towards his wife: "I don't want to see my wife upset anymore. I want her to be happy when she gets her packages."
