Friday, October 4, 2024 by Richard Morales

Jacob Forever has expressed profound sorrow over the dire situation of his friend and fellow artist, El Taiger, who was discovered on Thursday in Miami inside a car with a gunshot wound to the head. On the same day, the artist spoke with journalist Alexis Boentes outside Jackson Memorial Hospital, where El Taiger is fighting for his life.

"I feel terrible, just like many other artists here," Jacob said, visibly shaken. He clarified that he was speaking from a personal perspective and wasn't the only one at the hospital. "I'm deeply saddened, and it's a huge pain not knowing his exact condition," the reggaeton star admitted, highlighting the uncertainty around El Taiger's health due to the absence of an authorized family member to provide clear updates. "We are in a greater state of uncertainty, but I'm very sad and praying to God," he concluded.

Support from the Music Community

Previously, Jacob Forever had shared a heartfelt message on Instagram, expressing his devastation over the news he received: "I'm seeing a lot of news, I call him, and he doesn't answer. Just thinking it might be true that you're in critical condition in a hospital breaks my heart," he wrote. "I only ask God to help you recover from whatever happened, so we can meet again, see your smile, and feel your embrace like the last time, my brother," he added, tagging El Taiger, who is currently on life support.

Jacob isn't alone in showing support and concern for El Taiger. Other artists, including El Micha, Wow Popy, L Kimii, Alexander Delgado, and Randy Malcom, also visited the hospital on Thursday. They joined the prayer chains flooding social media, where fans have sent messages of support and strength. Many artists have expressed their sorrow over the incident and shared a collective hope for El Taiger's recovery from this tragic event, which remains under police investigation.

The Critical Hours Ahead

On Friday, journalist Daniel Benítez reported that El Taiger's condition remains "extremely critical," and the upcoming hours will be crucial in determining his survival. This ongoing situation has left the music community and fans anxiously awaiting any positive news.
