The outpouring of support and solidarity for El Taiger, who remains in critical condition after being shot in the head, continues to grow. This wave of concern is not limited to Cuban artists and fans. International stars Enrique Iglesias and Tekashi 6ix9ine have also expressed their worries about his condition.

Cuban singer and songwriter Descemer Bueno revealed on his Instagram stories that he received a phone call from the Spanish artist, who was inquiring about the reggaeton artist's health. “Enrique called me yesterday, deeply concerned about José's critical health situation. I realized that it’s not just Cubans who are supporting El Taiger; the entire artistic community is awaiting his recovery. We wrote this song that day and shared your immense talent. Now, we wait with hope for you to continue gifting us your lyrics and melodies,” Descemer shared alongside a snippet of the song “El Ignorante.”

In the same temporary Instagram section, Tekashi 6ix9ine posted a photo with El Taiger, writing, “God, he's in your hands.” These words have been echoed by many of the reggaeton artist's family, friends, music colleagues, and fans over recent days.

As of Saturday, there has been no change in El Taiger's health status. He remains in critical condition at the Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami.
