A Cuban resident of Louisville, Kentucky, took to social media this Sunday to give followers a virtual tour of his newly purchased home, valued at $210,000. In a video posted on TikTok, Devis, known as @blued_diamond, provided insights into his three-bedroom, three-bathroom residence, emphasizing that many were curious about the cost of the property.

The tour commenced with Devis showcasing the expansive porch, followed by a look inside the living room, which he described as spacious and furnished with pieces he pays off in manageable $50 monthly installments. He also highlighted his television and the kitchen, which has direct access to the garage where two cars are parked.

Throughout the video, Devis shared tips on bargain finds, such as a bed he scored for just $1,200 on Marketplace, and humorously noted the need for some upgrades in the main bathroom. Upstairs, he showed off two additional rooms, one serving as his office, along with a guest bathroom and a laundry area equipped with washers gifted by a friend.

Concluding the tour, the proud homeowner remarked, "For just $210,000, here's Blue Diamond with his first house." This milestone mirrors the achievements of other Cuban influencers in the U.S., such as Miguelín David, who recently unveiled his first home purchase in Miami after just over two years in the country.

Success Stories of Cuban Immigrants

El Chulo, a Cuban reggaeton artist, has also made headlines by venturing into the real estate market, recently acquiring his third property in the United States, a lucrative investment for many. Additionally, the well-known pizzaiolo "Ale the Cuban" and his wife, Rachel, fulfilled a long-cherished dream in June by purchasing their first home in the U.S. Despite facing challenges as immigrants, this entrepreneurial couple has relentlessly pursued their goals, gradually reaping the rewards of their hard work.
