Euro Experiences Slight Increase in Cuba's Informal Market

As dawn broke on Tuesday, the euro saw a modest price increase in Cuba's informal market, rising to 337 CUP, which is two CUP more than the previous day. Meanwhile, the US dollar remained stable at 322 CUP at 7:00 a.m. local time on October 8th, showing no change from Monday. The Freely Convertible Currency (MLC) also held steady at 270 CUP for the time being.

For nearly two months, these three key currencies exhibited an unusual stability in their average selling values within the informal market. However, starting in early October, a slight increase in activity has been noticed, though not reaching the significant fluctuations observed during the first half of the year.
