A well-known Cuban influencer residing in Miami has unveiled his rented apartment located in Downtown, showcasing its minimalist decor and breathtaking panoramic views that truly are a dream come true.

The stylish and elegant apartment, where Ángel Sánchez resides, was featured in a video by real estate expert Robert Sielmann (@robertsielmann). "In this tour, I introduce you to the stunning apartment of @angelsanchezceo, a Cuban immigrant who has turned his dreams into reality in Miami. With several businesses under his belt and as the heart and soul of the best Latin parties in town, Ángel exemplifies how perseverance and vision can transform your life," Sielmann shared in his post.

Situated in the prestigious Paramount Miami building, the apartment is part of the impressive 749-foot tower located in the Miami World Center, one of the largest private developments in the United States. Sánchez pays $6,000 monthly for this dream home, decorated in a minimalist style that mirrors his life philosophy.

Minimalist Living with a Purpose

"I love the color white, the brightness. I don't like accumulating material things. I prefer to keep my money in the bank until I find a business to invest in. My life philosophy is 'don't pretend, just be,'" commented the Cuban entrepreneur.

The residence’s decor is distinguished by its light tones, spacious open areas, and simple lines. What truly sets Sánchez's home apart are the spectacular views of Miami.

A Cuban Dream Realized

"We are immigrants. We arrived from Cuba 20 years ago and have made our dream come true here. We are eternally grateful to this country and this city," added Sánchez.

The businessman Ángel Sánchez, founder and CEO of Miami Vice Marketing Group Inc. and the Carnicero Steakhouse, stands as a role model for Latino immigrants in the United States. With 364,000 followers on Instagram, he has built a solid reputation in the business sector and as a host of exclusive Latin parties in the city of Miami.
