Amidst the sorrow following the tragic passing of El Taiger, the mother of his eldest daughter, Yaliet, shared a touching message on Instagram that has moved many. Accompanied by a collage of photos capturing tender moments between the reggaeton star and the young girl, she wrote, "Rest in peace, José. I'll take care of Yaliet, our girl... God knows it wasn't your time, which is why we're all seeking justice."

Her message concluded with, "Greet your mom for me from heaven and take care of our girl... Yaliet misses you so much," evoking profound and heartfelt reactions from her followers. The post garnered thousands of responses from friends, fans, and family, all offering support during this challenging time: "I can't stop thinking about how the little girl must be feeling, missing José so much," shared one. "Always let her know that her daddy loved her dearly," another added. "The love you feel for your dad will keep him close to you every day," and "God will protect her from heaven; he'll always be her guardian angel," were among the comments.

Messages of Strength for Yaliet

Many also sent messages of strength for Yaliet, with sentiments like, "Blessings for that little one, rest in peace my dear," and "He will always watch over his little girl from the skies."

El Taiger, whose real name was José Manuel Carbajal, passed away on October 10th after spending a week hospitalized at Miami's Jackson Memorial due to a gunshot wound to the head sustained on October 3rd.

A Farewell Filled with Emotions

This past weekend, a public funeral with an open casket was held in Miami for fans, along with a private ceremony attended by family and close friends, including music colleagues. One of the most poignant moments occurred during the private gathering when Osmani García shared an emotional encounter with Sofía, another of El Taiger's daughters.

On social media, Osmani recounted how the young girl surprised him by calling him "uncle" and embracing him. "I didn't expect her to call me uncle, I didn't expect that hug. She suddenly called me uncle, and wow, I couldn't hold back," the artist admitted, unable to contain his tears at the unexpected gesture from the child. This moment was particularly difficult for Osmani and everyone present, who shared the deep sorrow of bidding farewell to their friend and colleague.

Now, with Yaliet reunited with her mother in Miami, El Taiger’s supporters hope she and the artist's other three children find solace surrounded by family. Despite their grief, the love and support from those around them will be crucial in facing the loss of their father, a legend who, as his friends and followers say, "has become eternal."
