Benítez further noted that police sources assured him they do not believe—contrary to some social media speculations—that El Taiger's murder is connected to the Latin Kings or other criminal gangs. "This appears to be a much more personal matter, suggesting that the killer was someone very close to El Taiger, with no links to debts or the Latin Kings, but rather involving another type of operation," the journalist emphasized.
Despite the ongoing investigation, Damian Valdez-Galloso remains a significant person of interest, yet no arrest warrant has been issued against him.
