Cuban National Detained in Mexico over Alleged Sexual Assault

A 21-year-old Cuban man has been taken into custody in San Luis Potosí, Mexico on charges of alleged sexual assault, as reported by a local news outlet. The individual, identified as Francisco “N,” was apprehended by officers from the State Civil Guard (GCE) after a victim filed a complaint, according to Noticieros Cablerv - Rioverde, SLP.

The incident reportedly took place in the El Chabacano neighborhood of the Rayón municipality, prompting GCE personnel to respond to the potential sexual assault case. Following his arrest, Francisco was handed over to the State Attorney General's Office, where further legal proceedings will determine his fate.

The victim has been receiving assistance and ongoing support from state officials, who have ensured her access to humanitarian aid and guidance throughout the legal process.

Similar Incident in Miami Lakes

In a related case, a 61-year-old Cuban resident of Miami Lakes has been charged with lewd acts involving a 9-year-old girl and a 10-year-old boy. Authorities disclosed that the incident occurred on Saturday, October 19th, when surveillance footage captured González inappropriately touching the two children, who were visiting his home.

In addition to inappropriately touching the children, it is alleged that he also touched himself over his clothing. The children later informed their mother of the events, leading to a formal accusation and subsequent police investigation.
