Cuban reggaeton sensation Oniel Bebeshito has finally unveiled the date his fans have been eagerly anticipating: his first concert in the United States. The announcement, initially teased earlier this month, confirms a performance on December 28th at Miami’s Pitbull Stadium, a venue that holds 20,000 people, as part of his "22 Caminos USA Tour."
Oniel took to Instagram to share his excitement, posting a video of himself walking through the empty stadium, envisioning the monumental event. "The moment has arrived; I've been wanting to do something like this for so long, and when life gave me the chance, I didn't hesitate," he expressed. "This December 28th, we're hitting the stage at Pitbull Stadium... I'm looking forward to seeing you all there, from Cuba to the world," he added, signaling that everything is set for the much-anticipated concert.
In the video, Oniel speaks directly to his followers, reflecting on the challenges of his career, noting how "many people turned their backs on me; many didn't believe in me" at the start. Visibly moved, he acknowledged his mother, who has been a pillar of support, and thanked his team, asserting that, thanks to them and his "true fans," he has reached this point. "These 22 paths bring me to Miami, to Pitbull Stadium... I want to see everyone who supports me, children, young people, adults, seniors, I want to see you all here singing each of my songs," he emphasized, promising a show filled with "100% positive energy and a great time, dancing as we say in Cuba."
On Instagram, the post quickly went viral, amassing over 55,000 likes and nearly 4,000 comments within hours. Fans are buzzing with excitement to see Oniel perform live in Miami, showering him with supportive messages like "You're going to smash it, my king"; "It's on"; "Number one as it should be"; "You'll do great, God is with you"; "Break it like it's meant to be"; and "I'm rooting for you, my blood, hoping to introduce you if I arrive before the date #numberoneasitsupposedtobe." Some are even planning their trips to ensure they don't miss out: "Already requested the day off on December 28th because I’ll have a headache and need rest" or "Today from Tampa to Miami, but I'm going."
Adding to the excitement, Oniel personally welcomed his musicians from Cuba at Miami airport earlier this week, heightening expectations. Now that his "marca mango," as he affectionately calls them on social media, are with him, the concert is officially in motion and promises to be a historic moment for him and his fans.
"I'm going to make the world scream my name, be part of history!" Oniel declares in his video, underscoring that this event marks the realization of a dream and the beginning of a new chapter in his career.
