In a TikTok video, Cuban native Dayán, a former collaborator with reggaeton artist José Manuel Carbajal Zaldívar, known as El Taiger, fiercely criticized Jorge Junior, the leader of the group Los 4. This backlash came after learning that Jorge Junior allegedly demanded DNA tests from the late artist's children to process his inheritance.
Visibly upset, Dayán didn't hold back, labeling Jorge Junior as a "shameless and brazen" individual for his actions regarding El Taiger's estate. "I know Jorge Junior, and to me, he is the most shameless and brazen person in Los 4," he stated. "When El Taiger passed away, my first thought was: who will inherit his fortune? But now he's asking for DNA tests from El Taiger's children to confirm they're his and give them the inheritance," Dayán added with indignation.
These remarks have sparked heated debates on social media, where fans of the reggaeton artist have voiced their disapproval of Jorge Junior's request. Dayán, who clearly held El Taiger in high regard, concluded his message by stating that Jorge Junior's behavior is "disgusting" and that he considers him "the most brazen man on the planet."
The demand for DNA testing during the mourning period of the deceased artist's family has stirred strong reactions within the Cuban entertainment scene, highlighting the significant impact and legacy El Taiger left in the island's urban music culture.
The mothers of El Taiger's three children also expressed their outrage over Jorge Junior's DNA test demands, which they say emerged after they refused to sign a document they deemed restrictive and unfair to the minors. They claimed that the conditions of this process block access to El Taiger's royalties and undermine the rights of his children, potentially leading to legal action against Jorge Junior.
