Current State of Currency Exchange in Cuba

Cuba's currency exchange market is experiencing a period of relative stability, as reported by the independent outlet elTOQUE. This assessment is based on classified ads for buying and selling the three main currencies used on the island, shared via social media. As of this Tuesday morning, the US dollar, euro, and MLC have retained the same values as the previous day.

The euro remains at 345 CUP, while the dollar holds steady at 327 CUP, both of which were reached on Monday. The Freely Convertible Currency, or MLC, continues at 265 CUP. According to the median values documented by elTOQUE, there has been minimal fluctuation, with only a slight drop in the purchase value of the dollar, decreasing to 340 pesos.
