Rey El Mago, a prominent Cuban artist, has been vocal on social media about the tragic death of fellow musician El Taiger. The incident has drawn significant attention, especially after Damián Valdez-Galloso, the man accused of shooting El Taiger in the head, was extradited and faced his initial court appearance in Miami-Dade. Despite legal proceedings, many pressing questions remain unanswered.

In a post shared by "Un Martí To Durako" on Instagram, featuring a video of journalist Daniel Benítez discussing the police report, Rey El Mago expressed his dissatisfaction with Valdez's silence. "That guy hasn't said anything," he remarked. "Questions like: 1- Why did he shoot? 2- Why did he take the time to drive him to the hospital? 3- Why make an anonymous call to the police? And many more."

Rey El Mago stressed that the timeline of events is less important than uncovering the truth and ensuring justice is served. He speculated on possible scenarios, stating, "If José [El Taiger] arrived aggressively and became confrontational within Damián's space, the story becomes complicated. We can only wait to see."

The police report reveals that El Taiger was shot at the doorstep of Valdez's home. After the shooting, Valdez allegedly dragged him by the ankles to a vehicle, where he was later abandoned.

On Thursday, Judge Mindy Glazer denied bail to Damián Valdez-Galloso, questioning the decision to charge him with second-degree murder rather than first-degree murder, given the details of the case.
