Tuesday, November 12, 2024 by Richard Morales

Raciel Reyes, the Cuban entrepreneur and CEO of the renowned agency Miami Vice, has unveiled his stunning and opulent apartment located in Miami. In an Instagram video produced by real estate agent Robert Sielmann, Raciel provided an in-depth tour of the home he shares with his partner.

Situated in Downtown, close to the vibrant area of Brickell, Raciel mentions that he pays a monthly rent of $3,800 for this prime property. He notes that the cost is relatively low because he has been residing there for several years. "At night, this place is something else," he comments, referring to the breathtaking views of Miami visible from the apartment.

The interior of the apartment is characterized by its elegant decor, predominantly featuring light and white tones. The main bedroom boasts a large bed and a wall-sized painting that adds a touch of sophistication. A second room has been transformed into a walk-in closet for his fiancée, Daniela. "Girls have a lot of clothes," Raciel jokes, highlighting the spaciousness of the area. The bathroom is designed to be a luxurious retreat, almost impossible to leave.

The Heart of the Home: The Balcony

The most cherished feature of the apartment is the balcony, where Raciel and his partner often unwind while enjoying the cityscape. "I love this place; we always come here after work and just relax," he shares, describing it as a place to de-stress.

Recently, for the same Instagram profile, Ángel Sánchez, another CEO of Miami Vice, showcased his apartment in an exclusive Miami neighborhood, where he pays approximately $6,000 in rent. This highlights the lavish lifestyle associated with the successful agency.
