Sara, the Potential Cyclone, Poses No Threat to Cuba

The potential tropical cyclone named Sara, the 19th system of the current hurricane season, is moving westward across the Caribbean Sea. Despite its progress, it is not expected to pose any danger to Cuba, according to forecasts from the National Hurricane Center (NHC).

In a bulletin released at 4:00 p.m., the NHC predicted that the system would strengthen, potentially causing life-threatening floods in parts of Central America. Meanwhile, the National Weather Service (NWS)
