Yoel Antonio Setienmartínez, a 26-year-old Cuban man, is facing serious allegations after being accused by several women in Miami-Dade County of indecent exposure and voyeurism. According to local news reports, Setienmartínez allegedly engaged in lewd acts while stalking his victims in their own homes.

In one reported incident, a woman claimed that Setienmartínez struck her window, leaving traces of semen on the glass. After an extensive investigation, Miami-Dade detectives identified the suspect using surveillance footage and distinctive tattoos, including one depicting a girl and a wolf.

The arrest report reveals that Setienmartínez's victims range in age from 39 to 61 and reside in the Country Walk neighborhood of Miami-Dade. Some have reported repeated incidents, with minors aged 10 to 16 present in some households. In one case, a 58-year-old woman recounted seeing the suspect masturbating in her backyard twice—first in the early hours of May 12 and again on the night of September 7.

Another victim, aged 39, stated that Setienmartínez climbed onto a neighbor's roof to spy on her. A third victim, aged 61, reported witnessing the suspect performing indecent acts in her yard as she dressed on the morning of October 8.

On November 8, surveillance cameras captured Setienmartínez hiding in bushes near one of his previous victims' homes shortly before 8:30 p.m. The following evening, he returned to the area and was apprehended near the intersection of Southwest 152nd Street and 142nd Avenue at approximately 9:35 p.m.

The accused is currently being held at Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center (TGK) and is facing a total of 23 charges. These include 10 counts of burglary of an occupied dwelling, 10 counts of voyeurism, two counts of indecent exposure, and one count of resisting an officer without violence.
