Teresa Padrón, the manager of late Cuban reggaeton artist El Taiger, has secured a chapel in Havana's Cementerio de Colón to serve as the final resting place for the musician and his mother. During a recent trip to the island, Teresa took to Instagram to share a video showcasing the chapel, affectionately calling it "his new home."
The manager detailed that transferring El Taiger's ashes to the chapel involves a series of legal procedures, followed by cleaning and painting to prepare the site properly. Furthermore, a painter has volunteered to create artworks within the chapel in tribute to the artist.
While in Havana, Teresa also reunited with El Taiger’s grandmother, whom she described as "one of the strongest people I've ever met, a beautiful soul with a huge heart." This gesture underlines Teresa's commitment to the reggaeton star's family and her dedication to preserving his legacy.
The chapel at Cementerio de Colón will offer a secure and lasting place for El Taiger and his mother to rest, allowing family, friends, and fans to pay their respects in a fitting and dignified setting.
