The name Ana de Armas is making waves in media outlets worldwide following revelations about her relationship with Manuel Anido Cuesta, stepson of Cuban leader Miguel Díaz-Canel. The news was unveiled by the magazine ¡HOLA!, which published photos of the couple enjoying romantic moments in Madrid, including a passionate kiss that undeniably confirms their relationship.

After her recent split from Paul Boukadakis, a Tinder executive, the Cuban actress seems to have found new love in the son of Lis Cuesta and advisor to Díaz-Canel. This revelation echoes claims made by Alexander Otaola in May, when he reported that Ana de Armas spent several days in Cayo Santamaría with Manuel Anido. Her social media posts from this stay, featuring beach photos and even a video, hint that her current boyfriend could have been behind the camera. In these images, Ana appears blissful and radiant while enjoying her homeland, though Manuel Anido, a law graduate, is notably absent from the photos.

A Private Journey to Cuba

Prior to her May visit, Ana de Armas was in Cuba in February for a private trip. During this time, the Oscar-nominated actress attended an exclusive concert by Alain Pérez and his orchestra at Johnny Club. It remains unclear whether she was accompanied by the stepson of Lis Cuesta on this occasion. Additionally, in August 2024, the Cuban star made another visit to the island. These travels seem to have brought Ana and Manuel closer together, as evidenced by the photos captured by the Spanish magazine.

Despite her flourishing career in major Hollywood productions, Ana de Armas has yet to comment publicly on her romance with Díaz-Canel's stepson. The couple, however, no longer hides their affection, as seen in the photographs published by ¡HOLA! magazine.
