Jorge Junior Speaks Out After Damián Valdez Pleads Not Guilty in El Taiger's Case

Friday, November 22, 2024 by Edward Lopez

Jorge Junior, cousin of El Taiger, took to social media this Thursday to express his thoughts following the not guilty plea entered by Damián Valdez-Galloso through his attorney in the reggaeton star's murder case. "I saw today they moved up the court date for my cousin's case. They say it wasn't this guy who fired the shot and that he's pleading innocent. I was watching Teresa's live stream today, and what she says makes sense (...) I know it was him, the whole world knows it was him," stated the leader of Los 4.

He continued, "Now the family has to endure all these things, endure all the videos. We must withstand the pressure and be strong because those who have the video and want to post it will do so, whether for good or bad reasons. Some will share it so the whole world knows what really happened, not realizing each clip they upload can hurt those of us closest to him."

Jorge Junior clarified that he couldn't attend the court proceedings due to his commitments with Los 4, as he is currently on tour in Peru. However, he noted that he didn't see any of those who claimed to be El Taiger's "brothers" or the mothers of his daughters in court. He did acknowledge, though, the ongoing support from the artist's fans.

This Thursday, after shocking footage emerged showing the moment El Taiger was shot in the head, many of his followers reacted angrily on social media. They demanded justice for the reggaeton artist and called for Damián Valdez-Galloso to be charged with first-degree murder.
