After being caught using a Pinterest photo to boast on Instagram, Cuban reggaeton artist Chocolate MC is determined to shake off the negative image this left with his followers. Known as the King of the Reparteros, he flaunted sending an impressive $4,200 to fans in Cuba in just a few minutes.
"$4,200 sent to Cuba in under 20 minutes," he declared on Instagram, accompanying the post with a screenshot of the transfers. In another post, he promised, "I will be sending $1,000 to the 10 people who comment the most on Kenny Robert’s post with the words ‘ping*’ and ‘huevu’." This seemed to be a response to influencer Kenny Robert, who criticized Chocolate for using the Pinterest photo. However, both posts were deleted shortly after.
Kenny, wearing a wig, posted a video mocking Chocolate's false display by showcasing a bag filled with bundles of cash, watches, and jewelry.
To further clarify his intentions, Chocolate added in one of his stories: "Besides the prize for the top commenter, I will be helping all my fans who are facing any situation. Message me in the DM, I’ll be reading them. If I truly believe you need it, I'll send help without a second thought. $5,000 for all my fans in Cuba, $100 for each one, okay?"
Recently, the singer managed to secure a new home for his sister in Brandon, Florida, utilizing the $1.8 million he earned from leasing his music catalog.
