On Thursday, a collision between an electric scooter and an electric bicycle in Bayamo, Granma resulted in injuries to two minors, according to social media reports. The incident took place at the junction of 26 de Julio Avenue and 18th Street. A 10-year-old girl and the young driver of the electric scooter, who is also a minor, were injured, as reported by a user in the Facebook group “Accidentes Buses & Camiones por más experiencia y menos víctimas!”

Witnesses to the accident indicated that the scooter collided with the bicycle. The current condition of the two injured minors remains unknown.

In another tragic event in Songo-La Maya, Santiago de Cuba, a 14-year-old boy lost his life when he was struck by a speeding car. The driver fled the scene without offering any assistance.
