From a legal standpoint, González, who remains the singer's wife, issued a statement via her Instagram stories.

"With the commitment of being Ramón Ayala's wife for over 30 years and his work partner, I want to inform you with the integrity and truth that I live daily under the guidance of God, that due to irreconcilable differences with Ramón, we are undergoing this divorce process," Mireddys expressed.

She continued, "Today, with all the peace that God provides me, I understand that a true transformation is not about appearances but living a new lifestyle in harmony. This is what truly shows whom we serve, and it's the only thing that matters—not the attempts, but the actions."

In her message, González requested privacy for her family during this time: "I ask for respect for our entire family to conclude this process properly in the eyes of man's justice. However, I want to clarify that as a daughter of God, I will never allow defamation against my person, no matter the source. I wish to adhere solely to justice and truth."

Mireddys' statement seemingly responds to remarks made by Daddy Yankee's legal representative, who announced on Saturday that a lawsuit had been filed against her and her sister. The suit claims they made unauthorized transfers totaling $100 million to their personal accounts.
