A thief was caught on security cameras strolling down a street in the Sevillano neighborhood of Havana's Diez de Octubre municipality, carrying a stolen motorcycle and a gas cylinder. "Wanted: Sevillano thief, stole a motorcycle and a gas cylinder. His name is Jorge Costa Fría. For those buyers who love a bargain, the motorcycle is already flagged, and the case is with the DTI," wrote Cristian Rasta in the Facebook group "everything about electric motorcycles in Havana."

The footage reveals the individual nonchalantly crossing an intersection in the neighborhood where the crime occurred. The video captures him calmly walking with the motorcycle, with the gas cylinder perched on top, until he disappears from the surveillance camera's view.

In mid-November, alarms were raised in Holguín due to a surge in thefts and scams related to the sale of electric scooters.
