Yonatan García Peñas, an 11-year-old boy who was reported missing on Saturday night from the Mantilla neighborhood in the Arroyo Naranjo district of Havana, has been found. This information was shared by activist Marta María Ramírez, who mentioned that the child's stepfather had "closed" the #AlertaMayde and expressed gratitude to everyone who assisted in the search.

As is often the case in such situations, no further details were disclosed regarding the location or circumstances under which the child was located. "I demand that the Ministry of the Interior of Cuba take the necessary actions to prevent the disappearance of this Cuban child," Ramírez stated emphatically.

Earlier, when reporting the disappearance, Ramírez highlighted that this was not the first instance of such an occurrence. "We insist that the authorities, in addition to finding him, provide support for Yonatan and his family. According to his stepfather, Adenis Cabrales, this is not the first time something like this has happened," she reported.

García Peñas was last seen at his home on Managua Road, situated between Delgado and Libertad streets. The report of his disappearance was filed at the Capri headquarters of the National Revolutionary Police (PNR) in Arroyo Naranjo just before midnight on December 21st.
