Cuban singer Jorge Junior learned on Wednesday that he has been accused of making threats at the police station in Guanabacoa, Havana. In a post on his Facebook wall, he expressed uncertainty about the identity of his accuser. "I find it fascinating how some people talk about dictatorship but when they face tough times, they run to the dictatorship's police, and how they have friends in there," he questioned.

The leader of the popular music group Los 4 recently had a public spat with Cuban YouTuber Yunet (La Ninfa), who resides in the United States and hails from Guanabacoa. The controversy arose after she made comments about El Taiger that Jorge Junior found objectionable. A portion of their heated exchange was broadcast by YouTuber Adrián Fernández on his show.

Social Media Conflict Escalates

During their dispute, La Ninfa challenged Jorge Junior to come to Guanabacoa. In response, he announced on social media that he would take up the challenge. "La Ninfa, I'm on my way to Guanabacoa, and from there I will mention your loved ones. You don't know me. You'll see," he declared in a Facebook post. He further commented, "Didn't you read the sign that said BEWARE, THERE'S A DOG. Brothers are brothers, Guanabacoa invites."

The singer even went live briefly to show that he had followed through on the dare. This week, Jorge Junior reacted to an interview given by La Ninfa on Adrián Fernández's program, where she made remarks about El Taiger's inheritance, accusing Jorge Junior of wanting to get involved merely for financial gain, rather than genuinely wanting to support the murdered singer's children (the heirs). Offended, he referred to her as a "red lizard."
