The dramatic moment was captured by Darlen Nona, a social media user, who shared the incident in the Facebook group "SOS callejeros. Cuba." In the video, firefighters can be seen reaching out to the dogs perched on a balcony using an aerial platform.

The incident took place in the 10 de Octubre municipality. Darlen appealed for assistance from any animal protector who could provide care for the rescued dogs.
