Cuban reggaeton artist Yulién Oviedo seized the moment to extend his congratulations to Oniel Bebeshito after a landmark concert performance on Saturday at Miami's Pitbull Stadium. Yulién took to Instagram to emphasize the concert's significance in the annals of Cuban music history.
"I want to congratulate you in a post because stories disappear after 24 hours, and what you've accomplished will be etched in the chronicles of our Cuban music," Yulién expressed. "Congratulations, Oniel Bebeshito, and to your entire team as well. Once again, music has triumphed over gossip!" he pointed out.
Yulién's commendation comes just half a year after he criticized Oniel Bebeshito during an interview for the show "Destino Tolk." "Make sure to gargle with salt and lemon water a lot, maybe one day you'll be able to sing like me," the "El Yaris" singer remarked with marked irony at the time.
Just days prior, Yulién had launched a verbal assault on Bebeshito via Instagram, accusing him of lacking singing skills. In that instance, the former member of La Charanga Habanera appeared in a video delivering an a cappella rendition of a Bebeshito song, with the caption reading: "The day your artist can sing his song like this, I'll retire."
