A Cuban mother residing in Mexico is pleading for assistance in retrieving her children, who were taken by their father following a vacation in the tourist area of Chetumal, Quintana Roo, on July 20. "My children are missing, I have no idea where they are, and I haven't been able to contact them. I am heartbroken and urge anyone who can help spread this message to do so.
