Tekashi 6ix9ine Files Countersuit Against Yailin, Accusing Her of Abuse During Their Relationship

In a surprising legal twist, rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine has filed a countersuit against Yailin La Más Viral, following her legal action against him last September for alleged theft and domestic violence. Through his attorney, Tekashi emphasized that this countersuit aims to defend his reputation against what he claims are baseless accusations made by the Dominican artist.

"When Daniel met Yailin, she and her three-month-old baby had been left abandoned and were in a dire financial situation. Out of compassion, Daniel provided them with emotional and financial support, significantly contributing to Yailin's music career," stated Tekashi's legal representative in a video circulating on social media. However, the lawyer claims that Yailin repaid his kindness with violence, which has been documented in numerous videos.

The attorney highlighted that Yailin was arrested for aggravated assault with a weapon against Tekashi, yet he chose not to press charges. "Instead of showing gratitude, Yailin threatened him and filed a lawsuit filled with unfounded claims to exploit him economically and for publicity. Her allegations are outrageous and clearly opportunistic," the lawyer argued.

According to Tekashi's legal team, the countersuit seeks to hold Yailin accountable for the abuse he allegedly endured during their relationship. The legal battle between Tekashi and Yailin appears to be far from over, and it seems the temporary halt in their dispute was due to Tekashi's recent incarceration for violating his probation terms.
