Daniela Reyes is making the most of her time in Miami, and her followers are eagerly experiencing every moment with her. Recently, the Cuban model and influencer shared on her stories how utterly exhausted she felt after her first day at the gym: “Hello, everything is fine, but I’m completely worn out. I worked out today and also had to do some other things this morning… They’re doing some work in the apartment, so it’s a mess.” However, Daniela, in her usual style, recounted her experiences with a humorous twist.
She discussed the challenges of driving in the Sunshine City, something she still hasn’t fully adapted to: "Today, I drove for about four hours total—a girl who’s not used to driving at all. One thing about Miami that seems completely baffling to me is that I don’t see people using turn signals. I don’t understand how they can drive peacefully without using them. I just can’t!”
Another surprise for her was having to pump her own gas, unlike what she was used to in Cancún: “In Cancún, you pull up to the gas station and there’s someone who fills the tank, checks the tires, and cleans the windshield. Here, I think you have to do it all yourself. How am I supposed to do that?”
As if that wasn’t enough, Daniela described the challenges of apartment living, especially when it comes to shopping: “I thought those shopping carts were for older people. But imagine the struggle I’m going through when I buy things and have to bring them from the car to the apartment. Today, I carried everything with the bags cutting off my circulation, and the water packs are still in the car because I couldn’t manage them.”
These “Daniela Chronicles in Miami” have become a hit among her followers, who adore the humor and relatability she brings to each story. This isn’t new for her; in recent posts, she’s shared about updating her wardrobe at Miami Design District, talked about her dog Coffee, and even clarified that she’s using a borrowed car to get around the city.
Since her arrival in Miami on December 25, Daniela has been making headlines. Despite being without her partner Yomil, who hasn’t yet secured a U.S. visa, she continues to captivate social media with her unique style and witty commentary.
