La Cintumbare Caught in Street Altercation with Man Pulling Her Hair

Monday, April 7, 2025 by Olivia Torres

A viral video circulating on social media captures the controversial Cuban influencer, La Cintumbare, embroiled in a heated exchange with a man, apparently under the influence, right on the street. The footage was recorded by two women who can be heard in the video stating their intention to send it to the influencer Un Martí To Durako, known for sharing viral content and controversial moments involving Cuban entertainment figures.

In the video, La Cintumbare appears visibly furious as she engages with the man, who persistently tries to restrain her by grabbing her arms and at times even pulling her hair. "Let go of me, let go, get away!" she demands, while another individual attempts to intervene to separate the man from her.

Although the reasons behind the altercation remain unknown, the scene has sparked a wave of reactions on social media. Many have been following La Cintumbare's controversies since she was deported back to Cuba last February. In the comments on Un Martí's post, some condemned the man's violence against the influencer, while others criticized her lifestyle in the island and speculated that the incident might be a staged stunt by her to generate more content for her social media.

"Women laughing at how another is getting hit. I can't stand her, but that doesn't mean I'll stay silent in the face of aggression"; "Where was her security, or were they on a shift change?"; "Don't doubt she invented this herself"; "I think she's creating content for her networks. Remember, she's not a saint"; "A man hitting a woman is no man, I've said it"; "It's not funny seeing a man do that to a woman. She's not my favorite, but that charade was pointless"; "This is just bread and circus, content to keep the dollars coming"; "She's La Cintumbare, but this is a man mistreating a woman, and that's unjustifiable"; "This is probably orchestrated by her for publicity, don't they know her yet," some remarked.
