When at the start of the 20th edition of the International Ballet Festival of Havana dancers, choreographers and make-up and wardrobe assistants and the rest of ballet personnel begin swarming around the theatre stage, the National Ballet School wont be out of the game.

"In the Festival we have two ways of participation; together with our students in professional practice while passing their last year of ballet course, when they may join Camagüey Ballet or even the National Ballet itself. They are all rehearsing choreographies to be staged in the course of the Festival", said to Cubasi exclusive interview Esther García González, BNC professor.

"And as has been done many times before the BNC's School performs as a teaching institution presenting our own starring".
