A calling to participate in the 2nd World Encounter of Dancers and Dancing Academies of Casino and Salsa, to be taking place in our capital from November 25th-30th, was presented in Havana during a press conference held at the Nacional Hotel.

Up to now more than 350 Casino dancers amateurs, coming mainly from Western Europe, Asia and Latin America are interested in participating in this cultural event, something that will double the number of participants as compared to the first edition.

This is due -according to Rafael de la Osa, Vice-President of ARTEX, Rolando Sosa and Julio Bidopia, Managers of the Tourism agencies "Paradiso" and "Musical Clave Cubana", respectively- to the great acceptance of these dancing genders in the world and also the Cuban music, ideal for the creation of excellent choreograpies.
